Dapper operates under Norwegian law. By shopping with us, you accept the following agreement between you as a buyer and us as a seller:
The agreement between buyer and seller consists of the information the seller provides about the purchase in the webshop (including any information regarding the nature of the commodity, quantity, quality, other characteristics, price and delivery terms), any direct correspondence between the parties as well as the terms stated in this agreement. Should there be any conflict between the information provided by the seller in the webshop, their direct communication and/or the terms stated in this agreement, the direct communication and the information provided in the webshop takes precedence over these general terms inasmuch as they do not run counter to current law.

Buyer is whichever person places the order.
All prices are stated in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include Norwegian VAT of 25% (books and magazines are exempt of VAT). You can convert the prices into other currencies by changing the settings on the webshop. Dapper takes no responsibility as to the accuracy of these calculated conversions. Prices are subject to change without notice and Dapper reserves the right to cancel orders in the case of clear pricing errors.
For any order sent out of Norway, Dapper Barbershop AS will cover all duties and taxes that incurs in the recipient country.
No surprises or customs bill after fulfilling your order - you pay only the price of the items plus shipping.
All orders within Norway are shipped with Bring. Domestic orders below 1000 NOK are subject to additional shipping charges calculated at check-out.
International orders are handled by DHL Express. The shipping charges at check-out varies between territories and any VAT and import duties in the recipient country is covered by Dapper Barbershop AS.
Orders are normally sent within 1-2 weekdays. In some cases we must allow for 1-2 days extra. However, we do everything in our power to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and enjoy a reputation of expedient shipping. All orders are sent directly from our warehouse in Oslo.
After dispatch, the delivery time itself is handled by our shipping agent - nominally 1-3 days dependent on territory.
Payment and security
Dapper.no has been in operation since 2013 and operate both a physical store and a main warehouse in Oslo to ensure security for all orders. We use best-practice payment vendors PayPal and Stripe to handle transactions and do not store any of your payment information ourselves, neither do we have access to any sensitive payment information. The entirety of the webshop is also encrypted through SSL for an additional layer of security.
Credit card payment
Our credit card solution is supplied by Stripe and fulfills the strictest security criteria. Your 16-digit card number goes directly to Stripe's secure server, not to us, meaning that Dapper does not have access to your card number or any other sensitive payment information.
When ordering from us the due amount is immediately reserved on your bank account, but does not actually leave the account until we dispatch the order.
You can either pay with your PayPal account directly or use Paypal without an account to process your payment card. PayPal is one of the global leaders in online payment transactions.
Domestic users can opt to buy now, pay later using our invoice provider Klarna. You will then be redirected to Klarna to review Klarna's terms and conditions and complete your purchase.
In accordance with Norwegian law you are granted 14 days unconditional return of any order placed in our webshop. You do not have to fill a return form, simply contact us as soon as possible - we always seek to set things right.

- New, unworn items which are in their original packaging with all original tags attached may be returned to Dapper Oslo within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange (subject to stock availability).
- Refunds will be issued via original payment method within two weeks of our receipt of the item(s).
- Shoes returned without their original box and packaging cannot be accepted.
- The return of defective or damaged items will only be accepted if the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Sale items purchased online are subject to our standard return policy.
We strongly advise you to check items thoroughly upon receipt before removing any attached tags, or disposing of any original packaging. Please notify us immediately by email if you receive any item which is defective, damaged or missing original tags/packaging.
If you wish to return an item, you can either ship it back to us with the carrier of your choice, or contact us to purchase a DHL return label for 150 NOK. We recommend that you return any items with a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for untracked returns not arriving.
The right of unconditional return does not cover grooming products with a broken seal due to health and hygiene concerns, as detailed in Norwegian Return Law (Angrerettloven) §22.
Dapper honours all suppliers' warranties and go beyond what is required by Norwegian law to ensure that any defective item bought with us is satisfactorily replaced or repaired. Please contact us immediately if you have received a defective product from us.
If you notice that a package from us is damaged upon reception at the pick-up point, please notify staff at the pick-up point immediately. If the damages are only apparent after opening at home, please return the complete package to the pick-up point and fill out a damaged goods form as soon as possible. Send the package together with the form in return to us.
Any personal information we solicit from you upon registering your account will only be used for the distribution of goods and to send you information from our webshop. We process only the personal data you freely provide us and which are necessary for us to fulfill our obligations to you as our customer. You have the right to be informed of any personal details we possess about you upon request and to have this data deleted. We will never sell e-mail addresses or other personal information to any third party.
We reserve the right to deny any order. All personal information you provide must be internally consistent (name, phone number, address) for the order to be approved by our shop system. Deliberate offenses such as fake order placements, attempted fraud, forgeries or other criminal acts will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Our gift cards are valid for two years and will be delivered by e-mail after purchase; instructions on how to redeem the gift card are included in the e-mail itself. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and can be used on orders shipping to any country (see our shipping information for more details).Thank you for shopping with us!
